Our Office
We will thoroughly present treatment options, answer any questions that you have, and explain each of your procedures during your initial visit. It is our goal to have you feel secure in the treatment you receive. We are proud to have the reputation as a patient focused surgical office and have made it our goal to provide excellent treatment with minimal discomfort. On a daily basis we have patients commenting on the excellent care they received here at our center. We want you to have a stellar experience with us too.
Our office is conveniently located at 1188 N. 15th Avenue (Suite 1) near the intersection of W. Oak Street in Bozeman, Montana. We will set aside time in the schedule for your specific type of appointment to provide you with ample time for questions, optimal care, and comfort. Our friendly treatment coordinators and surgical team will help you understand your treatment every step of the way.
Our office offers a soft, soothing and comfortable environment for both patients and employees. This theme has been carried throughout the building with the intent of minimizing the sterile feel of a medical facility, reducing stress on our patients, allowing for quicker recovery rates, and creating a healthy work environment. We want our patients to feel at home from the moment they enter our office, which reduces anxieties, instills confidence and makes for an overall pleasant experience, from start to finish.
Our Staff
Christine Lange, DNP
Our Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Injector, Christine, was hand chosen by Dr. Ridgway in 2019 for her gentle touch and eye for detail. Christine specializes in Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Sculptra, dermal filler injections, vaginal rejuvenation and women’s health as well as aesthetic treatments such as laser, microneedling, and biostimulators. She thoroughly enjoys staying up to date with the most current procedures and techniques. She prides herself on her listening ear and success in helping patients' obtain their goals.
Christine is a Bozeman native who graduated from MSU's nursing program in 2015 and finished her Nurse Practitioner Doctorate Degree in 2022. She has trained with some of the biggest and brightest name in aesthetic injections. She has a wonderful husband and two golden retrievers and she loves to be outdoors and rock climb when she is not in the office!
Stephanie Carney, RN
Our amazing registered nurse, Stephanie Carney, is a Montana native from Glendive, MT. She originally got her degree in Kinesiology from MSU but later returned to MSU to get her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and has held a deep desire to join the world of aesthetic medicine since then! Prior to joining Ridgway Plastic Surgery, she gained valuable knowledge while working at Bozeman Health in Women’s Health. She has a love of all things cosmetic and is thrilled to get to learn and work alongside the talented providers at Ridgway. She is a lifelong learner and enjoys staying up to date on the latest techniques and aesthetic treatments.
She approaches aesthetics with a comprehensive mindset - building on existing beauty and incorporating skin care and a customized patient treatment plan for optimal results. She offers injections such as Botox, PRF, Sculptra as well as laser treatments and consultations!
In her downtime, she loves to travel, eat pasta anytime and anywhere, and spend time with her family, friends, fiancé and her yellow lab Roo.
Kelly Peterson, NP
Kelly Peterson is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who is originally from Missoula, MT and graduated nursing school from Montana State University. She then earned her Master’s Degree from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN in 2014. Kelly began her Nurse Practitioner career in the trauma/general surgery department at Vanderbilt in 2014. She then transferred to Seattle in 2017, working for a plastic and craniofacial surgery group. This is where she established the foundational knowledge for aesthetic medicine, and became passionate about helping people improve skin quality, wellness, and overall confidence.
In 2019, she moved to San Diego, CA, and has been working strictly in aesthetic medicine since. Her participation in multiple advanced injection technique courses and advanced laser resurfacing trainings over the years has provided her with extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry. She opened and operates her own medical spa and wellness center in San Diego, CA. with another nurse practitioner and physician; but her home state of Montana was calling her name. Kelly returned to Bozeman, MT in 2023 and is thrilled to continue the work she loves in her home state at Ridgway Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa. When Kelly is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and family, skiing, hiking, running, traveling, and enjoying nachos and guava margaritas at Nina's Tacos.
Kendra Syverson, LE
Kendra joined Ridgway Plastic Surgery in 2018 as a medical aesthetician and laser technician. Kendra is a Bozeman native and is well known in the local community for her work within the cosmetic sphere. She loves staying up to date on the latest advances in cosmetic treatments and thoroughly enjoys helping clients customize long term solutions for their individualized concerns.
Kendra is a licensed medical aesthetician and has a degree in Biochemistry from MSU. She maintains many certifications that have allowed her to broaden the scope of her practice and create a dynamic service skill set. When she is not in the office, you can find her with her husband and dogs, most likely at the lake!
Kenzie Andren
Kenzie has been with Ridgway Plastic Surgery since it’s inception in 2017 when Dr. Ridgway moved to Bozeman, working closely with her in both the clinic and operating room before taking over as practice manager. She brings more than 15 years of managerial experience and many, many years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Kenzie grew up in Billings, MT and moved to Bozeman, and later Charleston, SC for college. She graduated from MSU with degrees in English and Computer Science. Her love of all things cosmetic interested her in Plastic Surgery and medical aesthetics and she currently manages the office, handling our social media and marketing while still occasionally still assisting in clinic and surgical procedures.
When not in the office she loves seeing live music, watching football (Skol!), reading, traveling any chance she can, cooking for her friends and family, hiking around the many beautiful places Montana has to offer, and spending time with family, friends, and her puppies - Henry and Olive.
Morgan Eliason
Morgan Eliason is Dr. Ridgway’s Surgical Care Coordinator and will be your primary contact for surgery care and scheduling. She has been working in the medical industry for many years and recently joined us in 2023 from the world of dermatology (and it shows - her skin is the goal photo we are all showing our aestheticians!) She loves the aesthetic industry and is so excited to help all your cosmetic dreams come true!
Morgan grew up in Belgrade, MT and enjoys spending her free-time traveling, body building, hunting and spending time outdoors and spending time with her husband.
Debbie White
Debbie is a front office care coordinator for Ridgway Plastic Surgery. She grew up in Bozeman, attended Montana State University and has 40+ years of experience working in medical practices in Minneapolis, San Diego, and Bozeman. Her favorite part of her job is working with patients to achieve their unique and individual goals.
Debbie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from MSU. When not working, Debbie enjoys spending free time with family and friends, hiking, cross-country skiing, drawing, painting, reading, and laughing.
Christine McConnen, CMA
Christine is a registered medical assistant, phlebotomist, and our primary care coordinator for hair restoration. She is a tried and true Bozemanite and has many years working within the medical community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from MSU in Sports Medicine: Health, Emotion and Wellness. Her professional experience ranges from medical assisting and phlebotomy to patient care and surgery scheduling. When not in the office she can be found enjoying time with her fur babies or with her family.
Jen Brunner
Jen joined our office in 2023 as one of our amazing front office coordinators! After nearly 20 years in Bozeman and serving the community in various wellness roles, she found her way to Ridgway Plastic Surgery and has been an invaluable asset and positive light in the office ever since. On her days off, she leads yoga experiences around the valley, spends time on the trails running and biking and loves making mountain memories with her daughter, Poppy.
Cashmere Krythe
Cash (like the money!) joined us in 2023 as our financial coordinator! She worked in Real Estate Banking for 5 years prior to joining our team and this background prepped her for this position. She has been an amazing asset to our front office staff! Cash was born and raised in Kalispell, MT and has been in Bozeman for the last few years. She is a recent dog mom to an adorable yorkie puppy named Hennessy and spends her free time with her wonderful fiancé, Ethan. She is a reality show junkie, loves shopping and spending time with her family and often models often in her free time!
Molly Miller
Molly joined our team in 2023 as Dr. Ridgway’s primary medical assistant and a medical aesthetician. She has a Bachelor of Science from University of Montana, is a licensed aesthetician and has many years of experience in the aesthetic industry and is a wealth of knowledge regarding many of our services and treatments! She loves staying up to date on the latest skincare and makeup trends. Molly also served in the Peace Corp Paraguay! She is an amazing mom to 3 kids and 3 dogs, and wonderful wife and loves watching basketball and spending time with her family!
